Outside of Winters Bend...

This is the story of Derek Winters, Christopher Johnson, a young man who suffers a disfiguring accident, and of his girlfriend Jamie Day, Lisa Del Rosso, whose love remains faithful despite advances from Derek’s supposed best friend Lee, Sean Taylor.

Unable to accept his hideous disfigurement, Derek secludes himself from family and friends.

Faced with yet another harsh reality, Derek is swept from his self-absorbed world to find that Lee has become dangerously psychotic.

Forced to confront the similarities in his own life, Derek struggles to find himself.
